Rehoming my dog – a difficult decision made for his well‑being With a heavy heart, I am looking for a new, loving home for my dog, Leon. This is not a decision made out of convenience — I am rehoming him only because he does not get along with his father. I have tried everything to improve the situation, but unfortunately it didn’t work. I want Leon to have a peaceful life without stress or conflict. Leon’s character and personality Leon is 2.8 years old. He has a beautiful, sensitive nature — loving, loyal and very attached to people. He bonds quickly, enjoys affection and loves exploring during walks. He adores children and is gentle and patient around them. He also gets along very well with the opposite sex, showing calm and balanced behaviour in such company. Leon is used to sleeping in bed, as this gives him a strong sense of closeness and security. Leon has cryptorchidism (undescended testicle) and will require castration, which should help reduce his wandering behaviour. Leon has not been vaccinated, so I am looking for a family who understands and is comfortable with his current health history and lifestyle. He has a calm temperament, enjoys routine and feels best in a stable, peaceful environment. Leon is a wonderful dog who will give his whole heart to someone who offers him patience, attention and a loving home.
