Description
Due to a sudden move into temporary accommodation that doesn't allow pets, we are devastated to be looking for a new home for our boy. He is a 2-year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross Cane Corso. This is an incredibly hard decision for our family, and we would love to be reunited with him in the future if circumstances allowed, but his welfare must come first.
About Him:
• Breed: Staffy x Cane Corso (stunning blue/grey coat).
• Age: 2 years old.
• Personality: He is a big, friendly, "velcro" dog who loves being around people. He has the loyal, loving nature of a Staffy with the impressive look and size of a Corso.
• Children: He is brilliant with children. However, because he is a large, powerful, and very bouncy boy, he is best suited to a home with older children/teenagers who won't be easily knocked over during playtime.
Training & Manners:
• Energy Levels: He has a lot of energy! He needs an active home with a secure garden where he can burn off steam.
• On the Lead: He is strong and still requires training on the lead as he tends to pull when he's excited to get going.
• Excitement: When he’s happy or playing, he can be "nibbly." It is purely down to excitement and being a young, large dog, but he needs an owner who can continue his boundaries and redirect that energy.
Ideal New Home:
We are looking for someone experienced with large breeds (ideally Mastiff or Staffy types) who understands their strength and needs. He is a gentle giant at heart, but he needs a firm, loving hand to help him reach his full potential.
This is a very difficult time for us, so we are looking for a genuine, five-star home where he will be part of the family.
