Description
Dave is a wonderful 2 year old cocker spaniel.
Dave needs more than I can give him.
He needs to work in a structured way and a calm home environment to return to.
He is ball driven, swims like a fish and will hunt out rabbits if given a chance. His recall is spot on, his is ignorant of people and dogs when out, focussed only on me.
He really needs to be an only dog as he is anxious and will resource guard. Never aggressive to any human, but will not tolerate any other dog having food or treats around him.
He plays beautifully, but needs to learn to switch off.
I have had spaniels for many years but never one that I have been unable to mould into a 'pet' role.
He is entire, but currently chemically castrated.
If you have time and structure to give an adoring spaniel as an only dog or in a structed working environment then please contact me.
We are due to travel to Cornwall (in our motorhome) this week, he will be with us and so If you are interested we may be able to meet enroute
