Top quality, proven Miniature Poodle stud available Meet Rupert – a striking blue merle phantom standing at 13" to the shoulder, with an outstanding record for producing large, healthy, colourful litters. Rupert is 5 years old and a very experienced stud who knows his job well. He has sired multiple successful litters and consistently produces healthy puppies, his litters include merle, phantom and merle phantom pups, along with a variety of other colours. He is calm, gentle and respectful with bitches, making matings straightforward and stress-free. His breeding background is equally strong. Rupert’s dam is an American import who is AKC registered (american kennel club) while his sire is KC registered Rupert himself is not KC registered due to parentage (dam not UK KC reg) but he comes from quality bloodlines. Rupert has been extensively DNA health tested so none of the pups he sired will have any of these genetically inherited issues!  The tests he has had are as follows-   Degenerative Myelopathy (SOD1A Exon 2) - clear GM2 Gangliosidosis (HEXB) - clear Neonatal Encephalopathy with Seizures (ATF2 A>C) -clear Osteochondrodysplasia (SLC13A1) - clear Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRCD) - clear Progressive Retinal Atrophy (Rod Cone Dysplasia 4) - clear Von Willebrand Disease Type 1 (VWF) - clear A copy of his health testing certificate will be provided after the first mating. He has also proven himself with a variety of breeds, including Poodles, Cocker Spaniels, Cavaliers, Cockapoos, Cavapoos and Sproodles. Stud terms: £180, which includes 2 matings 48 hours apart. The fee is payable at the first mating, and a slip tie will also be classed as a tie.
