Description

Having to rehome our beloved Russian horsefield tortoise. Unsure on gender as usually can’t tell for another couple of years. Absolute sweetheart, never bitten, loves to be handled and exploring. Eats well, enjoys a bath. This actually breaks my heart, however, I live in a small new build and the home I have for him/her just takes up too much room and I refuse to give him/her a smaller enclosure as she deserves what she has. Also included is the outdoor run that she goes in during the days in the summer months. Comes with large indoor enclosure which is car proofed, comes with heat basking lamp and uv lamp which are new bulbs only bought last month. New substrate only added last week. Predator proofed outdoor run. Come with all she needs. Russian horsefields don’t eat fruit etc as they can’t digest it so she eats weeds picked by me whilst walking my dog and mixed leaf bags from the supermarket, also comes with calcium powder etc. perfect home required and the price is to ensure our tortoise goes to a home who will love her and has the ability to care for her and also because if your a reptile owner you will know how much all of this stuff he/she comes with has cost. We had both indoor and outdoor enclosure made by a carpenter so wasn’t cheap. Collection is Glenfield Leicester however we could assist in delivery if your very local as I’d have to pay a family member to do this for me.
