It is with a heavy heart that we are looking for a new home for Rosie, our beautiful 7-month-old English Cocker Spaniel. Due to a change in circumstances, we are no longer able to provide her with the home, time, and lifestyle she deserves. Our priority is finding Rosie the loving forever home where she can thrive and reach her full potential. Rosie is a bright, affectionate young dog who has responded very well to training so far. She is fully toilet trained and already knows basic commands such as sit and paw. She is still working on her crate training and, like most young spaniels, enjoys plenty of attention and interaction during the day. At night, however, she settles well and sleeps calmly through the night. Rosie loves being outdoors. She enjoys walks, running, and exploring. As an enthusiastic young dog, she can initially pull on the lead due to excitement, but she generally settles once she gets going and enjoys the adventure. She is a loyal and loving companion who forms strong bonds with her people and has good recall for her age. She regularly socialises with other dogs and is typically friendly, curious, and playful. We believe Rosie could happily live with another dog. As she is still young and learning boundaries, her play can sometimes be boisterous, so we feel she would be best suited to a home without very young children at this stage. Rosie would thrive with an owner who is committed to continuing her training and providing the time, patience, and exercise that an intelligent working breed requires. Experience with Cocker Spaniels or similar breeds would be highly beneficial. With the right guidance, we have no doubt that Rosie will grow into an exceptional companion, full of love, loyalty, and character.
