This is a repeat combination from last year, so we already have a lovely example of how these puppies are expected to develop. Puppies from the previous litter have grown into strong, well-pigmented, confident dogs with balanced family temperaments and excellent type. Photographs of previous puppies are available. The dam, Bonnie, is our much-loved family dog. She is from West German lines, has been DNA tested, and is a calm, loving girl with a gentle nature. She has been raised in a home environment with children and other pets, and she is proving to be a wonderful mother to her puppies. The sire is Rommel, a proven long-coated West German line German Shepherd stud dog with exceptional pigment, correct breed-standard conformation, and a steady, balanced temperament. Rommel is fully health tested and has completed the German Shepherd health screening package. His results include: Hips: 4/4 Elbows: 0/0 DNA clear for DM, HUU, vWD and MDR1 Rommel is a proven sire who has produced numerous quality puppies, including puppies who have qualified for Crufts. He is known for passing on strong pigment, confidence, correct type, substance, and lovely family-suitable temperaments. 5 boys 3 girls These puppies are being home bred and raised in a family environment with regular handling, care, and socialisation from the start. They are being raised properly, with time, attention, and the right foundations to help them grow into confident, well-adjusted German Shepherds. Correctly bred German Shepherds have bred to breed-standard conformation, sound movement, good structure, stable temperament, and the ability to live as loyal, intelligent family companions when raised and guided correctly.
