Description
With a heavy heart, we have made the decision to re-home our beloved female Mainecoone cat. Garth has been a wonderful addition to our family however, we believe it is within best interest for her well being, that we re-home her to a more 1 on 1 environment.
Garth is just over a year old ( roughly 14 months ), and she possesses a sassy, yet shy and skittish personality. Whilst she prefers to be more independent and weary of people rather being affectionate, she does have her moments where she will lay beside you lovingly! She will most definitely allow people to pet her gently, however when it comes to grooming, she can be a bit of a handful with her temper especially when brushed around her bottom. Shes shy and often skittish, but we reckon she’d benefit much more in a quieter household with plenty of space for her to roam!
She’ll most likely be more shy around kids aged 5 or under, Dogs she seems to be relatively fine with as long as they don’t go for her, however she’s fine with other cats, maybe a bit of hissing upon meeting them, but nonetheless she does warm up to them!
Please note Garth has not been spayed yet, meaning we’ll leave that decision up to you!
