My latest group of Sulcata tortoise hatchlings are now available and looking for caring, permanent homes. At 16 weeks old, they are well established, feeding confidently, full of energy, and developing exactly as they should. Each hatchling has been carefully raised in a home environment where they’ve received plenty of attention from day one. I take great pride in ensuring every baby leaves healthy, thriving, and ready for its new owner. Sulcatas are one of the most impressive tortoise species, loved for their inquisitive nature and confident personalities. They become very large as adults, commonly growing to around 60–80 cm in length, so it’s important that future owners can provide the space they’ll eventually require. With the right husbandry, these remarkable tortoises can live for many decades, making them a lifelong commitment and an incredibly rewarding pet. As the eggs from this clutch were incubated using mixed temperatures, it isn’t possible to determine the sex until the tortoises are approximately four years of age.
