Sadly, despite every effort, Roxy and the family's little Lhasa Apso have been unable to live peacefully together. Same time Roxy adores and lives peacefully with family cat. Both girls want to be the boss, and keeping them separated permanently is no life for either dog. Her family have made the difficult decision to let Roxy find a home where she can finally relax and be the only queen of the house. 🐾 Meet Roxy Roxy is a 3-year-old German Shepherd girl with a wonderful balance of intelligence, playfulness and affection. She is a typical shepherd—clever, loyal and happiest when included in family life. ✨ Highlights ✨ • SIZE: Large (34 kg) • SPAYED: Yes • CHARACTER: Loyal • Intelligent • Affectionate • Playful • Gentle with her family • DOGS: Best as the only dog. Can feel worried if unfamiliar dogs enter her personal space. • CATS: Lives happily with a cat, will suit dog-savvy cat • CHILDREN: Best with older children and teenagers 🐾 More About Roxy Roxy is a lovely family dog who enjoys being involved in everyday life. She is fully house-trained, can happily be left for short period of time when needed and settles well in the home. She sleeps happily on her own bed under the stairs and has never been destructive. She absolutely loves playing. Balls are her favourite, and she enjoys games like "find it", as well as showing off the many tricks she already knows. Sit, down, stay, jump, around, through... Roxy is an intelligent girl who clearly enjoys learning and working with her people. She loves her walks, has excellent recall, enjoys running around a secure garden and has very little prey drive, preferring games with her humans over chasing wildlife. In the evenings she's happiest curled up beside her family. Roxy is friendly with people, although she can initially be a little cautious with strangers. Around unfamiliar dogs she can become worried if they come into her space too quickly, sometimes barking or seeking reassurance by hiding behind her person. She isn't looking for conflict—she's asking for a little space and support. 🏡 Ideal Home Roxy is looking for a home where she can be the only dog and enjoy all the love and attention for herself. A secure garden would make her very happy, along with people who enjoy walks, playtime and including their dog in family life. She would suit a family with older children or teenagers and people who appreciate the intelligence and loyalty that make German Shepherds such incredible companions. 💞 Roxy hasn't done anything wrong. She simply needs a home where she doesn't have to compete with another dog.
