Vinda is approximately 3 to 4 years old.
A beautiful english setter cross.
Beautiful Vinda is looking for her forever home ❤️ Now in Surrey in a uk foster home.
When she first arrived, she was a very scared little soul. Everything was overwhelming for her, and she was especially frightened of men. She is shy, gentle, sensitive and incredibly sweet.
She now walks well on the lead, although traffic and sudden noises still scare her, so she will need continued patience, reassurance and gentle encouragement.
She will still hide if she feels under pressure, and men will need to understand that she may take time to trust them. But she is trying, and she is learning that people can be kind.
She was happy when the foster carer had visitors. Including children. She stayed gentle, quiet and kind throughout, which really shows what a lovely nature she has once she feels safe.
Not fully house trained but she is getting braver every week with venturing out into the garden.
Vinda is looking for a calm, patient and understanding home where she can come out of her shell at her own pace. Ideally, she needs a confident, calm resident dog to help her settle and show her the way. Any men in the home must be gentle, patient and willing to let her build trust in her own time.
She is not a “ready-made” confident dog, but she is so worth it. Underneath the fear is the most beautiful soul who truly wants to trust and belong. Her siblings were all the same and are now confident dogs living in uk homes.
Vinda is in foster in Surrey and she truly deserves her forever home. After everything she has been through, it is finally her turn to be loved, understood and safe. ❤️
