This beautiful little girl is one of three surviving sisters — Julia, Betty and Cara — whose start in life could have been very different if somebody had simply taken responsibility for their mother.
Their mum is a lovely little dog belonging to an irresponsible owner who has never bothered to have her spayed. Inevitably, another litter arrived.
There were originally four puppies: three little girls and one boy.
Sadly, their brother contracted parvovirus and died a couple of months ago. 💔
His three sisters survived.
And now it is time to make sure that what happened at the beginning of Julia's life does not define the rest of it.
She deserves better.
She deserves a family. ❤️

🎂 Date of Birth: 10 April 2026
♀️ Sex: Female
⚖️ Current weight: Around 4 kg
📏 Expected adult size: Small — we don't expect her to grow much beyond approximately 7 kg
🐾 Breed: Small mixed breed / crossbreed
🎨 Colour: Tan
🐕 Socialisation: Raised alongside her sisters and accustomed to other dogs
Julia is a petite, fine-featured little puppy with a short tan coat, floppy ears and absolutely beautiful, expressive eyes.
She is still very young, and her personality will continue developing as she grows and experiences the world.
Her future family must therefore be prepared for everything that comes with raising a puppy: house training, lead training, socialisation, boundaries, patience, consistency — and plenty of love.
Please don't apply simply because she is tiny and adorable.
Apply because you are ready to give her a home for life.
🩺 HEALTH & VETTING
Julia is:
💉 Fully vaccinated
🪪 Microchipped
🪱 Appropriately treated against internal/external parasites
🩸 Will be blood tested before rehoming
She is currently too young to be spayed.
Her adopter will therefore be required to have Julia spayed when she reaches the appropriate age, following veterinary advice, and to provide confirmation to the Rescue.
🏡 WHAT KIND OF HOME DOES JULIA NEED?
We want Julia to grow up knowing the security that every dog should have had from the beginning:
one family, one home and a lifetime of love.
🏡 YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN SECURE, PRIVATE GARDEN.
This is a compulsory Friends InDeed adoption requirement.
We do not rehome our dogs to flats/apartments or homes without their own secure garden.
👧 NO CHILDREN UNDER 10 YEARS OLD.
Even though Julia is tiny, this requirement still applies.
🏠 A Home Check is mandatory before adoption and can, in some circumstances, be carried out online.
We are interested in genuine Dog-Loving homes only.
❤️ A FAMILY PET — NOTHING ELSE
Julia is being rehomed strictly as a loved family PET.
We do NOT supply dogs for:
❌ Breeding
❌ Working
❌ Guarding
❌ Assistance work
❌ Service work
However worthy somebody believes the purpose may be, our Rescue Dogs are rehomed as companion animals living as part of the family.
Julia should grow up on someone's sofa, explore her own garden, go for lovely walks, sleep safely at night and know that she belongs. ❤️
🤝 ADOPTION IS NOT THE END OF OUR INVOLVEMENT
When you adopt from us, we don't simply hand you a dog and disappear.
We ask our adopters to keep in touch, and we remain available to help with problems or questions throughout the dog's life.
Our dogs come with lifelong Rescue Back-Up.
If circumstances ever change and you can no longer care for Julia, she comes back to us.
She must never be sold, passed to somebody else or independently rehomed.
We have rehomed hundreds of Rescue Dogs into loving families and can provide excellent references from previous adopters upon request.

We work during the day and spend a considerable amount of our time caring for Rescue Dogs, so telephone/WhatsApp conversations are usually much quicker and allow us to exchange the important information in one go.
Please discuss adopting a dog properly with every member of your household before contacting us.
We receive a huge number of messages and simply cannot afford to spend precious Rescue time dealing with enquiries from people who haven't thought adoption through.

🌷 Julia didn't get to choose where her life began.
But somewhere out there is a family who can decide where the rest of it will be spent.
Hopefully, that's in a warm home, with her own little garden, surrounded by people who will one day look at those enormous brown eyes and wonder how they ever lived without her. ❤️🐾
