Description

Mortise is a 10-year-old male Sulcata tortoise looking for an experienced and loving new home. This is a very difficult and carefully considered decision. Mortise is a much-loved pet and has been part of our family, but due to his size and future needs, we feel he would benefit from a home with the space and specialist setup that a growing Sulcata requires. Sulcatas are a lifelong commitment and can live for 50–80+ years, with some living over 100 years with excellent care. Because of this, we are looking for someone who understands the responsibility involved and has experience keeping large tortoises. Mortise will come with some of his equipment, including bowls, light fitting and wooden accessories. His current cabinet enclosure is not included, as we feel he needs a more suitable long-term environment for his next home.
