For this reason, we ask that all prospective owners arrange a viewing before reserving a puppy. During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to meet the puppies, along with both mum and dad, and spend time getting to know their individual personalities. If you decide you’ve found the right puppy for your family, a £200 non-refundable deposit will secure your chosen puppy until they are ready to leave for their new home. The remaining balance is payable before collection. ⸻ 🤝 Our Commitment Our responsibility to our puppies doesn’t end when they leave our home. We are always happy to offer advice and support as your puppy settles into family life. If, at any stage in your puppy’s life, your circumstances change and you are no longer able to care for them, we ask that you contact us first. We will always do everything we can to help ensure they are safely cared for and, if necessary, help find them a suitable new home.
