Blue is looking for a very special forever home. This is one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make, and not one I ever imagined having to make. Due to my terminal illness, I can no longer give him the life and attention he deserves, despite trying my absolute best to manage for as long as possible. He is deeply loved and this decision comes with a broken heart.
Blue is an American Champion, highly intelligent, fully trained, and an absolutely beautiful soul inside and out. He doesn’t have a bad bone in his body. So much time, care, love, and dedication has gone into raising him properly, and I am only looking for the very best home where he will continue to be adored and cherished.
He’s used to a loving home environment — sofa cuddles, the run of a secure garden, long walks, sunbathing, and playing with his toys are some of his favourite things. He thrives on companionship and affection and would suit someone who is home most of the time, as he is not used to being left alone for long periods. I want him to have someone who can truly give him their time, love, and attention.
I would prefer an adult-only home. This is not because he is aggressive or a bite risk in any way — quite the opposite — but simply because I want a calm environment where he can continue receiving the care and attention he’s accustomed to.
Blue will come with everything he needs. More than anything, I am looking for someone who understands the responsibility, time, and costs involved in owning a dog and who genuinely wants a companion to love as family. Occasional updates would mean the world to me, just knowing he is happy and cared for.
