What we do know is that Jessica is an absolutely lovely little girl. 🥰 Despite everything she may have experienced, she is cheerful, friendly and wonderfully sociable. Jessica is comfortable around people and gets along beautifully with other dogs—even dogs much larger than herself. 🐶🐕💞 She is a compact, short-legged little lady with a predominantly white coat, beautiful brown markings and the happiest smile!
