Chester is a handsome, elegant, and striking male Maremma–Caucasian Shepherd cross, aged 2 years and 6 months.
I am looking for a country retreat for Chester a wonderful second-family. Chester was born in Italy and has lived with me in London since he was a puppy. He has grown into a magnificent guardian dog who is exceptionally well cared for, healthy, groomed, and deeply loved. His days are largely spent exploring, playing, eating, sleeping, and enjoying the company of those he knows and trusts. As he has matured into a large guardian breed, I have come to feel that city life is not the ideal environment for him as I am particularly interested in a second-family shared-care arrangement as I would love to remain involved in Chester’s life.
Chester is intelligent, independent, confident, and thoughtful. He is not a needy or clingy dog and enjoys spending time outdoors quietly observing the world around him.

• Enjoys observing, guarding, and spending time outdoors
Chester’s ideal home:
• Rural or semi-rural location
• Large secure garden, land, smallholding, or countryside property
• Experienced dog owners, ideally familiar with guardian breeds
• Calm and stable household environment
• Adult home preferred
• Not suitable for a busy household or one with young children
