20 week old female tortoiseshell Rex cross house rabbit called Dorothy. One lop ear. My daughter recently got a pair of female rabbits for her birthday. Despite being allowed free roam of her room they started fighting after a couple of weeks and after taking advice, and researching spaying and then later reintroducing and working to re-bond, she has come to the difficult decision to re-home one of them. Since fighting, the rabbits are being kept separately. Dorothy is litter trained. She is fairly nervous and would not suit a young child wanting an immediately cuddly rabbit. She will need gradual gentle buildup to stroking and handling. She is happy to come up to you and climb on you if you sit on the floor when she is out and about. She just does not particularly like being stroked or picked up yet. She will come with her indoor rabbit cage, water bottle and food bowl which are all only a month old.
