It breaks our hearts to have to make this decision, but we’re looking for a loving new home for our beautiful girl, Luna. She’s a 1 year 3 month old Rottweiler cross who deserves a home where she can thrive. We adopted her around 3 months ago, and in that time we have realised she is not suitable for our situation. Luna absolutely adores people. She’s affectionate, loves a cuddle on the sofa, and is always up for a game. She’s friendly with everyone she meets and has a lovely, loving nature with humans. Luna can be reactive towards other dogs, barking when she sees them, and she also barks at people and dogs passing the window. Because of this, and because it’s causing stress for our other dog, we feel she’d be happiest as the only dog in the home. She is too playful for our other dog, and does not leave him alone at any point they are together. If he does not join in, she barks and bites him. He is not happy in the house with her here, and because of this he is not eating well and is losing weight. She would suit someone who has the time and patience to continue her training and help build her confidence. In the right home, she’ll make an incredibly loyal and loving companion. We’re looking for a home where Luna will be loved as part of the family, and we’ll only let her go to the right people. If you think you could offer Luna the home she deserves, please get in touch.
