Hello With an extremely heavy heart I am having to re home Winnie, my Neapolitan Mastiff x Cane corso. 13 years ago I lost my dogue de Bordeaux to cancer & so desperately wanted another large breed dog but a year later I fell pregnant. My son is now 12 so 6 months ago I decided it was time to get my puppy Winnie 🐶 As soon as we brought Winnie home my son took an instant fear to her (he has Autism) but we believed it was just because she was big (even at 8 weeks old) & he would get use to our gangly pooch. We’re now 4 months in & his fear of her is getting worse & he refuses to even be in the same room as her, this makes family time extremely difficult & it’s breaking my heart to see my son distressed & my puppy longing for his attention. * Winnie has a beautiful loving nature ♥️ * She has had all her Jabs & has a good overall health 🏥 * She’s microchipped 👀 * She’s sits & gives paw 🐾 * She LOVES a ball 🥎 * She lives with 2 10 month old kittens & loves them (they hate her 🐈‍⬛) 😂 * She’s extremely friendly (too friendly) * She loves pigs ears & chicken feet * Winnie has a retractable hernia, it doesn’t give her any problems & the vet is not concerned. We’ve been advised to massage it in but it has yet gone back in & stayed in. It can be operated on but I never felt the need as it doesn’t bother her in the slightest. * Winnie loves to back chat when told off. * She is very large all ready & will only get bigger. * Winnie pulls on the lead but is getting better (it’s just been hard to walk her because of my son) * She loves to bark at the t.v 🤦🏻‍♀️ * She thinks she’s a Chihuahua & likes every part of her body on your lap * She slobbers her water all over you 💦 * She eats A LOT 🐷 * She drinks A Lot 👅 * She’s been around small/young children but she’s unaware of her size * She does not care about your personal space & will happily sit on you feet 👣 🐄 * She knows how to use a puppy pad as she still using one at night 🌙 but is completely toilet trained outside. Over the last month I’ve woken to dry pads every morning so I believe her pads could be taken away now 😊 * She absolutely loves water, she will go in the sea, lake & river 🦆 *Poor ducks & fish 🐟* * I can provide more pictures if you’d like 📷 All I want for Winnie is love, patience & commitment ♥️ I’ve not made this decision overnight, I’ve tried so hard to make it work & I definitely didn’t get a puppy just to get rid of it 💔 I paid £1500 for Winnie & am asking £700 for her. I’m hoping by doing this I will be handing her over to the right family. I would also be extremely grateful if the family that decides to have Winnie would send me pictures of her & update me every now & then on her progress 🙏 I’m happy to answer ANY questions you might have & to provide ALL of her personal belongings.
