Sagan – 7-Month-Old Belgian Malinois Looking For His Forever Home 🏡
This handsome boy is Sagan, a 7-month-old Belgian Malinois who is looking for a new home through absolutely no fault of his own.
Sadly, his owner has developed serious health problems and is awaiting a hip replacement, meaning he can no longer meet the needs of a young, active working breed. So he will be returned to the breeder to be rehomed.
Sagan is already a substantial boy at around 32kg and is likely to mature into a large, powerful male. Despite his size, he is a sensitive soul who thrives on connection, guidance and encouragement.
He is good with other dogs, good with cats and would do well in an active home with adults and older children. He is not an aggressive or difficult dog, but he is still very much an adolescent and will need someone willing to invest time in his training, confidence and development. He is a typical Mali and they do nip for the first year or 2 of their lives so be prepared to buy a lot of toys and stimulus to curb that.
Like many young Malinois, Sagan needs structure, purpose and a job to do. Given the right guidance, he has all the potential to become an incredible companion.
His sire is Anubis, a therapy dog with an exceptional temperament who lives happily alongside children, cats and other animals. His dam Storm is a working Mali and family dog who is great with kids, livestock and other dogs.
This litter was bred with temperament, stability and trainability in mind.
We are looking for the right home, not the first home and homes will be vetted and approved by myself and the breeders.
