💔 From Abandoned Puppy to Hopeful Heart
NALA's story began with betrayal.
She and her four siblings were discovered abandoned near a railway line, left to fend for themselves in a dangerous area where every passing train and vehicle posed a threat to their young lives.
Hungry, frightened and confused, they stayed together for safety. Thankfully, they were spotted before tragedy struck and were brought to safety.
Today, NALA is healthy, happy and ready to begin the next chapter of her life with a family of her very own. ❤️

NALA is a lovely, affectionate young dog who enjoys human company and loves being part of the action.

Like any young dog, she is still learning about the world and will need continued guidance and training from her new family.

“Hi everyone,
Just a little update on Nala after having her in foster for three weeks.
She’s settled in really well and is making great progress every day. She’s still a young dog and has lots to learn, but she’s gaining confidence all the time.
She’s house trained, although she does have the occasional accident now and again. She’s very dog friendly and I think she’d be happiest in a home with another dog, as she seems to take confidence from them.
She’s still a little timid around people, but she’s improving rapidly and is becoming much more relaxed as she gets used to new situations. She absolutely loves a cuddle once she knows you and is always so pleased to see you when you come home.
We’re currently working on harness training and getting her used to walks, and she’s doing really well.
Like most young dogs, she does enjoy chewing, so she’ll need plenty of toys and mental stimulation in her new home. She can also occasionally howl if left for longer periods, although she’s generally fine being left for normal amounts of time.
Overall, she’s a really sweet, gentle girl with a lovely nature. She just needs a patient family who will continue her training and help build her confidence. I truly believe she’ll make a wonderful companion in the right home.
