Max is a Border Collie boy born in August 2019 — intelligent, loyal, and everything this remarkable breed is celebrated for. He has spent his whole life with the same loving family, raised from a puppy with care and consistency, and it shows in every part of who he is. He is friendly, playful, and wonderfully obedient — the kind of dog who is always tuned in to his person, eager to please, and utterly devoted. Border Collies are widely considered one of the most intelligent breeds in the world, and Max lives up to every bit of that reputation. He is house trained, neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated — a dog in every sense ready to walk straight into his new home. He currently lives with a family, that includes a 1 year old little girl, and he is gentle and patient with her — proof that beneath that energetic exterior is a kind, trustworthy soul. He is wonderful with children and people in general. One thing to note — Max does chase cats, so a feline-free home would suit him best. His current owners are not letting him go by choice. A move from a house to a flat where pets are not permitted has forced their hand, and it is breaking their hearts. Max deserves a family who will love him just as completely — and give him the space and activity his brilliant mind and body need.
