Description
Ember is a stunning young silver tabby girl who we estimate to be between 1 and 2 years old. She came in to rescue last month along with her two 6 month old kittens from their previous home where they were sadly shut in a room and neglected. All had fleas and were skinny and scared, although from the start Ember was the most confident of the three and is now a very confident girl! With us Ember has been de-flead, wormed, neutered, micro-chipped and started vaccinations. She has settled in wonderfully to her foster home and is now ready to find her adopters.
Ember’s fosterer says Ember is a super affectionate, inquisitive and charming companion. Ember loves chin rubs, tummy rubs, and hopping on to her fosterer’s lap for a cuddle. She purrs a lot and has also recently discovered her voice and is now quite vocal!
Ember loves her toys, and is getting more playful as she settles in. She especially likes fishing rod toys and her tunnel. Ember now gets the zoomies and has a daily mad half hour running though her tunnel and around the house. Ember loves human company and is sociable even with visitors to her foster home. She also loves to watch nature through the window and we think will really enjoy having safe garden access in her forever home, so this is a must for her.
Ember is looking for a home where she gets lots of company, affection and stimulation when she wants to play. She will make a really loving, rewarding and devoted companion.
Ember is in foster in Old Basing.
Rehoming criteria:
- Suitable for first time owners
- Can live with older children
- No other cats
- No dogs
- Can be left a working day
- Will need outside access to a garden

- Owners should be around the majority of the day
The minimum adoption fee is £205 per cat which includes:
- Neutering
- Microchip (there is a small fee to register/ transfer ownership)
- At least the first vaccination
- Up to date flea and worming
- A Pet Remedy new home kit
- 5 weeks free insurance with Agria
- A blanket for a familiar smell
- Ongoing advice and support
