It breaks my heart to do this but we are looking to rehome Ellie. We rescued Ellie in 2019 when she was (we believe) 2 years old.
Ellie has her own issues, she doesn’t like other cats dogs or men (due to being traumatised by a man in her younger years, sprayed her with a hose pipe and other things!). She scares very easily however, once she’s comfortable she is the most affectionate and beautiful girl. She likes to sit on a shoulder and loves a good stroke and ear rub and cuddles.
We’re looking to rehome Ellie to give her a better life. We moved to a home with no garden and bought a dog 4 years ago (we were hoping they would bond) and they hate each other. Ellie is mainly confined to the top floor (she goes out on an evening) through her own choice. Shes just not a happy cat anymore and we believe she would be so much happier in a quieter home with a garden where she can roam freely around the house.
She is good with older kids and doesn’t like other cats or dogs.
I have tonnes of photos I’m happy to share showing how affectionate she can be. She just needs someone who understands her and has patience.
We’d rather she went to the right home than receive money for her so the cost we’ve said is so she doesn’t fall in to the wrong hands. Please ask as many questions as you’d like. Thank you ☺️
