We picked up our male miniature schnauzer from Olivia & Raymond 6 days ago... Both Olivia & Raymond are lovely people and with a clear passion for the wellbeing of all animals. We were able to meet our pups' mum, who was a lovely temperament, and the handover was very smooth. The Eukanuba Puppy Pack was gratefully received, as was our new pup. He has since started to settle in really well, has been given a clean bill of health by our vet, and has been sleeping surprisingly well at night! Olivia & Raymond helped to give our home a heart again, and pup is definitely enjoying coming out of his shell.

Very helpful, kept Rosie for an additional three weeks while we were on holiday. Rosie has settled in amazing well.
