Laika is a beautiful 11-year-old female Brittany who deserves a second chance at a happy life. Sadly, she was given up by a hunter when she was no longer “useful” — but we know she still has so much love to give. ❤️
Don’t let her age fool you — Laika is a small but active and energetic girl who still enjoys life to the fullest! She loves having a run around the enclosure and then settling down for a peaceful rest in her bed.
She has a wonderful, cheerful temperament and is incredibly affectionate. Laika forms strong bonds with people and truly thrives on companionship — she just wants to be loved.
🐶 Great with other dogs – She currently shares her kennel with a setter and gets along perfectly, even sharing space and food without any issues.
🎾 Active and lively – Still enjoys exercise and playtime.
🦴 Well-behaved – Comes when called in the shelter environment and is generally very obedient.
