Description
Our beautiful 18-month-old black and white Jack Chi girl is looking for a loving forever home. This is an incredibly difficult decision and is through no fault of her own. Due to changes in our circumstances, we can no longer give her the time and attention she truly deserves.
She is a gentle, affectionate little sweetheart, weighing around 5–6 kg. She can be shy and nervous around strangers and other dogs and may bark or growl at first because she is fearful, but she has never bitten anyone. She also tends to bark when someone comes to the door, as new people can make her feel unsure.
Once she trusts you, she will become your little shadow. She loves cuddles, belly rubs, kisses, and would happily spend all day curled up on your lap. She is happiest when she is close to her person and would suit a home where someone is around for most of the day.
She is not fully comfortable being left alone at the moment and can become anxious when separated from her family. However, with time, patience, and gentle training, we believe she could gradually learn to cope better with being alone.
She is doing very well with her toilet training; however, she can still have the occasional accident, especially during the night. Her training will need to be continued in her new home to help her progress further.
She walks well both on and off the lead, and her recall is quite good. Due to her young age, she can still be easily distracted at times, but she is keen to learn and continues to improve every day. She is very smart girl and quickly gets the new things, specially when you offer her treats.
She lives happily with cats and a chihuahua boy cross. We feel she would be happiest as an only dog, receiving all the love and attention, or with a calm, non-dominant dog.
She is playful and full of life, would bring joy and happiness her owner every day and make the people smile.
She is microchipped, regularly treated for fleas and worms, has completed her puppy vaccinations course, but due to owner's preference doesn't get annual booster. She is not spayed. She will come with all of her belongings to help her settle into her new home.
We are looking for a 5 forever home with someone who will give her the patience, love, and understanding she deserves. Her happiness and wellbeing are our absolute priority, and she will only be rehomed to the right family.
No time wasters.
