Jordan has been brilliant. Great communication throughout and really supportive. He was really flexible around visits, and it was very clear that him and his family care for the puppies extremely well. Narla is a wonderful confident dog. She’d been exposed to different noises toys etc in advance so she’s really playful and happy. Settled really quickly. No crying on the first night! Great experience and would highly recommend.
