Description

He is a 5 month old working German Shepard puppy, who loves a task. He learns very quickly and loves his chicken. We have recently re-homed him from a small local family, but through no fault of his own he is not settling as a family dog. His breed requires frequent mental stimulation, physical exercise, training and space. All of which we are fortunate enough to provide in abundance between my partner and I. When attending puppy classes he follows instructions fantastically, he walks to heel wonderfully and is generally very obedient. Flowing the commands of: sit, down, stay, heel, middle (sits between your legs), place (returns to crate), touch (will boop for hand), bed (will sit on his bed), leave (doesn’t chase ball after having been thrown or will leave treats until released, free (release word), come (good recall from some distance), out (drops ball when playing), fetch, toilet (will wee when instructed to). As you can see he is well trained already for such a young age and has brilliant potential for more. We unfortunately feel, we are not the most suitable home for him and we would like to find an owner that can provide him with a purpose, which he would excel at. He is a working German Shepard with very impressive lineage. He is a sweet boy but unfortunately not the family dog we believed he was.
