Description
Meet Cosmo, she is roughly 10 months old and is a green indian ringneck. We are searching for a new home for her where she will be able to have other bird friends. She isn’t tame currently but she will accept a treat through her cage bars so with time i’m sure she may become more tame.
We are only rehoming as we want her to go somewhere where she can have flock mates as she is very social with other birds and prefers their presence over people. She is fairly quiet for a ringneck but does make the occasional sweet chirp noise. Our household can be quite noisy so we feel she would be better suited to someone with other birds she can interact with or a quieter household where she can get a lot of out of cage time as that is ultimately what she loves to do. She currently spends about 6 hours of the day having free rein of the living room, she isn’t a destructive bird at all and will just happily sit on her swing and have a fly around.
Her diet consists of pellets and a chop mix which she gets daily. I would only rehome to someone who would provide this for her too as she loves her current diet and is thriving on it. The price listed is for her alone but we would sell her cage too for an extra £300 as it is practically brand new and we paid a lot more for it.
