With a heavy heart, we are looking for a new forever home for our beloved Jack Russell Terrier, Koa. He is a wonderfully affectionate dog who deserves more time and attention than our current circumstances allow.
Koa is the ultimate companion—he loves to be close to his human, will follow you wherever you go, and absolutely loves affection. And lots of cuddles.
Koa has classic Jack Russell energy! He can be super active and walk for hours, but he is also a world-class cuddler who will happily be lazy and snuggle with you all day. He is very playful with people and kids. His absolute favorite game is fetch, especially if you pretend to chase him afterward, and he loves squeaky toys!
True to his breed, Koa can occasionally be stubborn. We are looking for an owner with terrier experience who understands and loves their independent streak.
We aren't unsure how he behaves with other dogs long-term, though he is socialized and behaves well with other dogs at the Park. We would suggest a careful introduction if you have other dogs at home. However, he is fine living with cats once he becomes familiar with them.
Because we love him deeply, we are looking for a new owner who is willing to send occasional updates and photos so we know he is happy & healthy.
Koa is healthy, neutered and fully up-to-date on all of his vaccinations. He currently eats Winalot dry food mixed with Winalot wet pouches( in gravy) twice a day.
We will only let Koa go to a home where we are 100% sure he will be safe, active, and completely adored.
