Female Chow Chow – 3 Years Old – Well Trained & Friendly

I am looking for a loving and responsible home for my 3-year-old female Chow Chow.
She has a very friendly and calm temperament. She is great with people and gets along very well with other dogs and cats. She has never shown any aggression and has never bitten anyone.
She is well trained:
Can walk off-leash in the park and stays close
Fully house-trained (never makes her needs inside the house)
She has never had puppies.
She is fully up to date with all vaccinations and is in very good health.
This is a difficult decision, but due to landlord restrictions (no pets allowed) and lack of time, I want to find her a home where she will receive the care and attention she deserves.
