Description
Hodor’s story is a little different from many of the dogs we help. He comes from a line of competition English Setters and was successfully shown in competitions across Spain. He won the Young Setter Beauty Show in the Cantabria province and achieved high placements in several international championships.
One of his owner’s other Setters became unwell and required expensive veterinary treatment and this meant he could not afford to keep Hodor, so his owner asked one of the shelters we work with to help find Hodor a new home.
Hodor isn’t just incredibly handsome, he’s got a personality to match. He is a sociable, affectionate, and cheerful boy who absolutely loves human company. He’s one of those dogs who quickly wins people over with his sweet personality and charm. He could happily live with other dogs or as an only dog, and he is good with children. He has not yet been tested with cats, but this can be arranged for the right home.
