Arlo is a very loving puppy , gets on well with my mothers dog and our baby ,he is very sweet and loves a good cuddle , every second is a training opportunity for him, training is the treat, he is a big lover of toys however hasn't quite figured out fetch , he loves paddling and apple bobbing for treats . cow hooves are his favourite however you have to be stingy with other treats as too many gives him a poorly tummy , he wants to give you all the kisses in the world and smother you with love, in house is very good , reactive to people dogs and cats on walks , we got him at 3 months old where he had previously been abused and not socialised at all , we have built up threshold and he can walk well with a select few dogs his reactivity is excitement based he wants to play with everyone but is a bit too overbearing sometimes, once he is familiar he is brilliant. he is crate trained and that is his safe space will take himself there for a nap. and he is also potty trained , he has been left 7 hrs before and was well behaved( had to take a family member to hospital for an appointment that ended up in admission) . he is super excited for guests but settles after about 10 mins or a quick sniff or training session. He was the perfect addition to our family however since having him my health has declined and i am no longer in a position to dedicate the time and effort he needs. he will come with his favourite blankets , toys , food and water bowls , his lead, head halti , and harness , he will come with treats and a full bag of kibble and whatever else foodwise he hasnt finished . you will need to meet him a couple of times proir to taking him home to ensure he and you are both comfortable with the match . i am very sad to be parting with him but i am just no longer able to provide the best life for him . i am a single mother that has chronic illnesses that were managable however i got ill just over a month ago and have not recoved well some days i am no longer able to do any thing with him other than feed and take in the garden this just isw not fair on him he is a brilliant and intellegent dog . he deserves someone that has the ability to meet hisneeds
