Description
This is Elmo aka Ellie. We believe Ellie is a female however the person we got her off didn’t seem sure.
Unfortunately Ellie is not tame. When we got her she is in a state of disarray, we have tried to handle her bur unfortunately we’ve not been successful however, we do believe with time with someone who knows the breed better she will become tame. After a while of being out free roaming she comes round to you stroking her and handling her but it takes a lot of time and trust. She’s a gorgeous red colour(images are around a time she’s due to shed so slightly less bright currently) she’s just over one.
Elmo is a bubbly character with a lot of sass and very nosey at what’s going on. She’s always scratching to get out of her viv and have a wander. She’s loves her food especially certain veggies.
When we took her on it was under the impression it was temporary but it became permanent after a couple of months so we bought her off the original owner after being told they can no longer keep her. We ended up paying a lot for her and bought her a brand new big viv with heat bulb and UVB bulb.
She comes with her viv, some food, calcium etc.
We’d love her to stay but unfortunately it’s just not feasible for us with her not being tame and having a one year old and she deserves the attention someone can give her.
Willing to take offers but nothing ridiculous.
