5-Year-Old Neutered Female House Bunny – Urgent Free-Roam Home Needed
We are urgently seeking a very specific forever home for a beautiful 5-year-old neutered female Black Otter Netherland Dwarf rabbit. She is a lovely girl who has had only one owner since she was a baby and has never been pregnant or had litters.
Her Background & Routine:
For the past 5 years, she lived completely loose and free-roaming in the house. She is fully litter trained; her previous setup was a cage placed on the floor with the door left open at all times. She goes in and out on her own accord and strictly only uses her cage for her pee and poop. While she used to drink from a water bowl, she has quickly adapted and learned to drink from a water bottle while staying with us.
Why it is Urgent:
Because we are a rescue, we simply do not have the facilities to allow her to live free-roaming as she has done her entire life. As expected, she is currently extremely stressed from being confined to a cage all the time.
⚠️ Crucial Requirement:
We must stress that only applicants who can provide a true free-roam or indoor loose-housing life need to apply. She cannot adapt to a standard caged life. If she is kept confined, she will become highly stressed, depressed, and will perish. She needs the exact type of environment she is used to.
