Due to a sad change in circumstances we are needing to rehome my parents dog through no fault of his own. Ace is a large male Great Dane and is 1 year 9 months old. He's grey with white markings. Ace is a very friendly happy dog. He loves people, attention and walks. He will need to continue his training as he is a strong boy, but he apparently does respond well to a head collar. He hasn't been tested around cats or other small animals, but he has lived with other dogs and he gets on with everyone. He really is a lovely dog he is just very large. He's used to living in a home his whole life as a pet, so he's properly house trained etc. He is currently being kept in a private boarding kennels as sadly none of my parents dogs could remain in the family home due to the circumstances. He will need to go to a home with a large garden and he needs to be walked everyday. He hasn't ever been trained off lead, but he has been in a secure field whilst boarding. We are looking for someone who is passionate about owning a giant breed dog, but would prefer an young dog to a puppy. We will request to do a home check. He is for adoption and will be castrated prior to leaving. We are asking for a financial donation to insure he isn't going into bad hands and this donation will cover the costs of his neuter, and his boarding. Please no timewasters.
