Dannie was rescued from a horrible killing station in Hungary. He was at high risk of being killed but, thankfully, he was saved and brought to the UK for a new life. He has been in a foster-to-adopt home since November of last year, but now his home feels he is not suitable for them. His current home says the following about him:
I fostered Dannie at the end of November last year. He is a cute looking pup with a 2 tone pink and black nose, a ring round his eye and one brown ear. He has a habit of standing on his back paws like a little meerkat. He is affectionate and cuddly and loves a snuggle on the sofa. He likes a toy and may chase a ball if you are lucky. He does a cute jump to catch it. He loves being outside and runs fast and will need a decent sized garden. He’s fully house trained. He does not enjoy his crate so I don’t use it. He is interested in the cat but scared of her at the same time.
He can be reactive on a lead when he encounters entire males. Also, unfortunately for me, he has taken against my sons. My boys are 15 and 19 and 6 feet tall and Dannie can bark at them. I am divorced so my boys are only with me part time so there is inconsistency and Dannie’s barking is starting to upset them. Therefore, I have reluctantly decided that I can no longer keep him. I think that Dannie would do well in a home where there is already a well behaved dog to teach him that men are not scary and where there is a consistent, stable family set-up.
Dannie is only small in size, around 10kg. We now need to find him a permanent home where he can settle down and be loved for his life time. If you think you can be the one for him please get in touch?
