Excellent experience from start to finish with Kraig. He had already established a routine with the puppies which was easy to carry on when we got home with a little tweaking. He provided all the documentation needed, enough food for the first few days and was on hand 24 hrs should we need any follow up support.
Out puppy settled really well into the new environment and within a day was toileting outside and understanding basic commands such as sit with positive reinforcement, this was all thanks to the routines Kraig had established. If we ever wanted another Cocker Spaniel puppy we would definitely use Kraig again and recommend him to others.
