We are looking to re-home our lovely fun 7 month old Husky Fox terrier cross puppy Luna. Unfortunately she seems to be very stressed by younger children and has been showing signs of this towards our young children so for her well being we are forced to have to re-home her. We don't want to put her in a position where she is stressed and acts out of her character because she truly is the most loving and cuddly dog towards adults and older children. She loves to lay with you and is so playful and bouncy. She has no idea of her size at all and I think she's going to grow into quite a big girl if her paws are anything to go by! Because of this a home with no young children is needed. She's also a really active dog and she loves a long walk. She's getting much better on her lead now and after the initial excitement of leaving the house she walks really nicely. We have a long lead for her and she loves going to the local park and having a good run, she is very fast! We both work so she is used to being at home with a dog walker coming in to walk her in the day. She can sometimes be a bit wary of people when she first meets them but once she gets used to you she just loves the attention from people. She has a really good appetite and will eat almost anything! We have been feeding her on raw food with puppy dry food alongside. However, she's totally happy with a tin of butchers tripe if we forget to defrost the raw food too. We are also working on training with manners towards food at the moment as she forgets all her training if a plate of food is around! She can sit, give paw, lying down is a work in progress, she knows how to touch your hand before getting a treat. But also she will sometimes ignore you until she's ready to haha Her vaccinations are completely up to date and I have proof of this. She is flea and wormed monthly from the vets and she is microchipped so this will be transferred over. We currently pay the pets at home package where it is all included. She was groomed about a month ago and the picture of her after is included. We're definitely willing to wait for the right home for her and want to know that where she goes she is going to be loved and cherished. She's just the most beautiful silly dog and she will be incredibly missed but we know it's the right thing for her and for our children who love her to bits, probably way too much for her liking! She needs with people that are going to keep her active and walk her as much as possible as this is what she loves most in the world. She is so fast and loves a good dig (probably the terrier in her) so she may make a fantastic farm based pet or something along those lines. She has a whole box of toys and loves noisy pig or duck toys. She loves knuckle bones, cows tails, rabbit ears but will happily eat anything she is given :)
