Quality KC Registered Working Cocker Spaniel puppies from fully health-tested parents, bred for exceptional temperament, trainability and proven working ability. This carefully planned litter combines outstanding working bloodlines with excellent temperaments, making these puppies ideal as working gundogs, agility dogs or active family companions. Their pedigree contains numerous FTCH (Field Trial Champion) and FTW (Field Trial Winner) dogs, giving them exceptional working potential. Their dam, Jill, joins me throughout the shooting season picking up and beating and is an absolute asset to the team. She is a pleasure to handle, with bags of character, intelligence and natural ability. From a very young age she has shown excellent obedience, a real willingness to please and has been incredibly easy to train both on land and in the water. She also has a fantastic off-switch at home, making her a wonderful family dog. Jill is a light golden working Cocker Spaniel, standing approximately 13 inches at the shoulder. She is fully health tested and clear of: ● FN (Familial Nephropathy) ● AMS (Acral Mutilation Syndrome) ● prcd-PRA Health certificates are available to view upon request. The sire is OFTW Breckmarsh Hugh (Evan), a fully health-tested and PP Clear dog with an outstanding reputation. Evan hunts with style, pace and drive whilst possessing the all-important ability to switch off. His kind nature and natural talent have seen him achieve remarkable success at a young age, winning his first Novice Field Trial before going on to achieve consecutive 3rd and 1st places in Open Stakes within the same week. He is an exceptionally versatile dog, equally at home hunting rabbits in grass and rushes or tackling heavy bramble in the trialling field. With proven working ability and excellent temperaments on both sides, this litter offers the potential to produce first-class working dogs while also making loyal, intelligent and affectionate companions for active homes.
