Description
COOKIE was dumped, together with her 2 sisters - Lola and Luna on a busy road, in a godforsaken place. They were tiny puppies and they were doomed to be killed by traffic – therefore, although we are overcrowded, we had to take them…
We’ve had COOKIE fully vaccinated. She has still some growing to do, but she is a combination of small breeds – probably some Terrier etc...?
She is very well behaved, playful and affectionate. She is good with other dogs and with cats ; a happy girl.
Lola and Luna have already been adopted and the feed-back is very good !
As well as all our dogs, COOKIE had a comprehensive (Brucella and 4Dx) set of Blood Tests, before coming to our modest Rehoming Centre ; she is a healthy girl !
You can meet COOKIE in Coventry (where she is fostered), or we can bring her to our place - NG14 6NY, but we can also bring her to Peterborough area and almost anywhere else in the country.

Home-Check (even done online, at times) is mandatory.
We do NOT supply dogs to non-genuine Dog-Loving people. There are all kind out there... can’t be too careful !
You must have your own garden and no children under 10 years old to adopt COOKIE.
We do not supply work, assistance or service dogs, regardless of what noble/moral it would be !
We do not encourage breeding and we are actively involved in actions of neutering stray dogs.
Should you adopt her, COOKIE will reside as a PET in your Home and she will be well looked-after and loved !
You will also agree to keep in touch with us - so we can help with any issues.
Our preferred method of contact is over the phone or WhatsApp - as we work during the day, with limited access to emails ; it is also more expedient - we can exchange most information in one go.
We are a 100% genuine and transparent Rescue and are doing substantial efforts to save these lives. We reserve the right to ask any / different price / donation for our rescue dogs - depending on circumstances. Any difference, from our costs, goes to saving more lives.
We keep in touch with all adopters - more than 500 families, so far. On request, we can obtain & provide good references from any of them.
We receive a high number of pointless messages or calls and we do not afford wasting time…

Adrian and the team at Friends inDEED have been wonderful. We were able to go meet our dog with her sisters and we were in frequent communication during the adoption, and since with updates etc. We were also provided with some food, and lent a harness & lead to bring her home. She has already been incredibly well trained for a rescue dog as we have had no toilet accidents and she is already wonderful on her lead.
