This is a very difficult advert for us to write.
Bramble is our beautiful Old Tyme Bulldog girl, nearly 6 months old, and she is full of character. She is loving, funny, affectionate and has so much personality. She has been part of our family, and this decision has not been made lightly.
We are looking for a new home for her through no fault of her own. Bramble is a wonderful dog, but after a lot of thought we have realised that our family setup is not the right fit for her long term. We have children with additional needs, and Bramble would be happier in a calmer home where children, if there are any, understand dog boundaries and give dogs their own space when needed.
She is house trained, sleeps through the night, and is happy in her crate. She can be left for up to around 6 hours without any issues. She is good on walks, good with traffic, good with people, and friendly with other dogs. She is still a puppy, so she can pull a little on the lead and still has normal puppy energy, but she is bright, loving and eager to learn.
She knows sit, wait, crate, and will hold for her food. She is well socialised and could live with another dog. She has not met cats or small animals, so we cannot say how she would be with them.
Bramble is fully up to date with her vaccinations, worming and vet care. She is microchipped and the chip is registered to us, ready to transfer to her new owner. We have her paperwork and can put the new owner in touch with her original breeder if needed.
She is not spayed and has not had her first season.
She can leave with her crate, bed, lead, bowls, paperwork and a bag of her current food.
We are based in Worcester. We are happy to speak by phone, video call, or arrange a viewing for the right person.
This is with a very heavy heart. We are not in a rush to let her go to just anyone. Bramble deserves a kind, steady, loving home where she can settle, feel safe, and be loved for the brilliant little dog she is.
