Description
Tulip is currently in foster in St Austell, Cornwall. She is 9 years old, spayed, and has had quite a journey. She began life in an open shelter and spent several years there before coming into our care.
Tulip has a truly lovely nature, she is still a little shy and needs time and gentle encouragement to build her confidence, but she has made wonderful progress and we feel she is now ready for the next step - a forever home of her own.
She is living with an elderly cat and male dog and we feel she would benefit from a calm, confident male dog in her new home to help support her continued growth.
Tulip isn't demanding, she loves her walks, enjoys being outdoors and would thrive in a quiet home with good access to countryside and plenty of outdoor space.
She is generally good with other dogs on walks and will settle nicely if owners stop to chat. She is also beginning to enjoy human company more and more as her confidence grows.
