Description
We are rehoming our loving, very well behaved Luna.
Due to change in jobs, relocation and hobbies, unfortunately we cannot provide her with the attention and time she needs to thrive and it's not fair to keep hold of her just to save our heartache.
Luna is fully trained, walks on or off the lead. Runs/ hikes with you, has full recall, runs next to us when cycling. Great with kids, only barks when someone knocks on the door, quiet in nature unlike most Weimaraners. Crate trained for when we're out at work. Great in public places, pub dog and very social. Travels very well.
Luna is also fully vaccinated, not yet spayed but is booked in with Rase Vets in June for the procedure. She is regularly treated for fleas and worms. Needs nothing but a loving family.
Overall, an exceptional dog. Just needs a sporty or outgoing family who are surrounded by fields or are active. Wouldn't suit urban living. Best living alone or with another male.

In the right hands a Weimaraner is easy to train and learns new things quickly
Better suited to people who live in the country or who have large secure back gardens
Cons
Not the best choice for first time dog owners
Can be dominant and wilful at times
Weimaraners hate being left on their own for any length of time and suffer from separation anxiety
Weimaraners need a tremendous amount of mental stimulation and vigorous daily exercise
