Description

Sammy arrived in the UK from Cyprus at just six months old and has adapted brilliantly to family life. He’s fully house trained, sleeps through the night, can be left for sensible periods with no known separation anxiety, and is a loving, affectionate, intelligent young dog who thrives on being involved in everyday life. He’s incredibly food motivated, loves learning, already knows an impressive range of commands, travels well in the car, enjoys walks, playing with other dogs, and loves games, balls, sticks and exploring outdoors. Sammy is friendly with people and dogs, although his youthful enthusiasm means he’s still working on calm greetings, loose-lead walking and recall. He’s eager to please and responds exceptionally well to positive training. Sammy would suit an active, experienced home—ideally with a secure garden and plenty of opportunities for training, enrichment and adventure. He could live with another friendly dog and has been around children aged 6+, although older or dog-savvy children would be preferable due to his size and energy. With the right family, Sammy has all the qualities to become an incredibly loyal, fun and devoted lifelong companion.
