Holly & Ivy are beautiful, pure black 11 month old sisters. They are looking for a home together OR 2 separate homes. They came in to rescue via a vets in December 2024. When they arrived, they were very scared and feral. Ivy had a cat bite abscess and both had to be trapped in order to get them the veterinary treatment she needed.
Since being in foster, the girls have gone from hiding pretty much constantly and only eating at night, to more confident, playful youngsters who have started playing with toys and interacting with their fosterers.
Holly & Ivy are looking for adopters who are able to continue their socialisation and who understand that they may never be lap cats. That said, they have come so far already in foster that with time & patience we're sure they will continue to flourish.
Holly & Ivy are in foster in Tadley.
Rehoming criteria:
- Some experience with cats
- Sensible, cat savvy children aged 13+
- Could potentially live with a small dog
- Cannot live with other cats
- Can be left for a working day
- Need outdoor access
Minimum adoption fee is £185 per cat which includes:
- Neutering
- Microchip (there is a small fee to register/transfer ownership)
- At least the first vaccination
- Up to date flea and worming
- A Pet Remedy new home kit
- 5 weeks free insurance with Agria
- A blanket for a familiar smell
- Ongoing advice & support
