Description
Had him for a couple of years. Unable to identify age, bought him from another family and was unknown by the seller when we got him.
Unfortunately he’s untamed and a little timid to go near anyone and requires some attention, love and care. We aren’t able to hold him or get near him to take more care of his nails etc. Also when we got him he’s had a dodgy foot on one leg in order for his nails not to grow and a little disorderly to his beak almost where it has been filed down maybe where he has done that overtime.
Sadly we haven’t got the time or opportunities any more to be able to progress with him any further.
We recently have had a baby and feel like we would love to see him have more attention with another family or someone who has more experience with birds/parrots. We just want someone to give him back more of the time and attention he needs and deserves as he mainly just is stuck in his cage and unable to fly around freely. It seems unfair to keep him this way for any longer. He had his wings clipped when we bought him but of course they’ve grown so he can fly around everywhere.
He loves to sing tunes now and then and make some little funny noises so he’s not at all quiet which usually means he’s happy however he just needs more freedom and possibly needs to seek more happiness than be stuck in a cage.
He comes with the cage, toys, heated perch and light, food/water bowls.
If you have any more questions please don’t hesitate to ask.
We really would love to get him a home as soon as possible because we really would rather him not live in a cage any longer and because of our baby growing fast it’s just a health hazard if he reaches in the cage.
