Minky learned to stay unnoticed.
In the place she came from, that was the safest way to exist.
An illegal breederācrowded, chaotic, and indifferentā
where louder dogs got attentionā¦ and quieter ones were simply overlooked.
So Minky became invisible.
She stayed still.
She stayed silent.
She asked for nothing.
Days passed without touch, without comfortā
just watching life happen around her, never being part of it.
And slowlyā¦ she disappeared into herself.
When she was rescued, Minky didnāt run forward.
She didnāt seek attention.
She just stood thereā¦ quietlyā¦
as if she wasnāt sure she was allowed to be seen. š¤
